Our 14-Hour Continuing Education textbook is current, clearly written and well 
organized.

The cost of the 14-Hour Continuing Education Correspondence course is $19.95 (price includes shipping and handling)

  • If you bring the completed answer sheet to our office, we will grade it while 
    you wait, and you can take your completion certificate with you.
  • You are able to fax in your completed answer sheet and have your completion 
    slip faxed back to you, at no additional charge.
  • A postage paid envelope will be provided for your convenience in mailing your completed answer sheet back to us. Your completion certificate will be sent to 
    you via First Class Mail.
  • Our office is open Monday through Saturday.

Registration Procedures

Correspondence Course

You may order the 14-Hour Correspondence Course by phone with a credit card or mail your order to the administration office.

Your course will be mailed the same day.

You may also pick up your correspondence course at our office.

Your completion date is the date that you passed the end-of-course exam.

Please keep your completion slip in the event that the State conducts an audit.

What is the license renewal period?
The license renewal period is 2 years.

Are there continuing education requirements to keep my license?
Your license must be renewed every 2 years by completing fourteen hours of continuing education. You can maintain an active or voluntary inactive license for life.

What can I do with a real estate sales associates license?
You can be involved in the listing and selling of residential, commercial, industrial property, land, business opportunities, and time-shares. You can also rent and manage real property.

What are the requirements for getting a real estate broker license?
You must have held an active real estate sales associates license for at least twelve months within the past 5 years. You must take and pass the Florida real estate broker course and take and pass the Florida real estate broker state examination.

What can I do with a real estate broker license?
As a broker, you can be the owner or part owner of a real estate brokerage company. Sales associates would place their licenses with your company. Or, you may work for a broker, as a broker-sales associate.
